The Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU) from Luxembourg-City, the fire brigade and an ambulance were called to the scene. There is currently no further information on the extent of the injuries.
Between Saturday and Sunday, two additional individuals sustained injuries on Luxembourg’s roads.
The first incident involved a motorcyclist who crashed on the CR150 between Remerschen and Burmerange. The accident, which happened after 6 p.m., resulted in one fatality. Both an ambulance and the fire brigade responded to the scene.
Later, during the night, another accident occurred on the CR101 between Garnich and Hivange, this time involving an overturned car. Emergency services were once again mobilized, including an ambulance and the fire brigade.
Finally, after 4 am, a car collided with a petrol pump at the Pontpierre service station on the A4. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries in this incident.
