While clouds are expected to dominate the sky throughout the day, widespread rainfall is not anticipated in most areas. A thunderstorm alert has been issued for southern and central Germany, with winds expected to reach up to 100 kilometres per hour.
In France, 19 departments were issued with an orange alert for Thursday night.
Temperature-wise, the mercury will range from 22 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Looking ahead to National Day, the weather is expected to remain dry, with scattered clouds gracing the skies. The thermometer will hover around 26 degrees Celsius.
