Emergency services reported four people injured in separate traffic accidents across Luxembourg on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported three people injured in a series of accidents between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.

Shortly before 7pm on Wednesday, a pedestrian was struck by a car on Berregass in Wormeldange-Haut. Firefighters from Wormeldange-Haut and ambulance crews from Findel attended the scene.

At around 7am on Thursday, two cars collided on the N26 between Wiltz and Schumannseck, leaving one person injured. Ambulance crews from Clervaux and firefighters from Wiltz were called out.

A second person was injured at around 8am on Rue Henri Dunant in Luxembourg City after two cyclists collided. Emergency services from the capital attended the scene.

Another collision occurred at around 9.11am on the N12 between Rippweiler and Reichlange, involving a car and a tractor. Emergency services from Mersch and Useldange attended, but the incident resulted in material damage only.

At around 10.24am, five cars were involved in a collision on the A1 between the Howald tunnel and the Gasperich interchange. One person was injured and treated by ambulance crews from Luxembourg City. Firefighters from the capital and Hesperange also attended.
