At around 4.30pm, an accident on the A13 near the Schengen border left one person injured. An ambulance and two fire engines were sent to the scene.
The fire brigades from Flaxweiler, Manternach, and Mertert were despatched to put out a fire in Wasserbillig. According to the emergency services, the fire broke out on the balcony of a building located in Grand Rue at around 5.30pm.
An ambulance was sent to the scene as a precaution but ultimately, no one was injured in the fire.
Two cars collided on the RN31 between Bascharage and Pétange at around 8.30pm on Thursday evening. The accident left three people injured.
