
In Mondercange, authorities responded to a disturbance outside a bar around 6am. Upon arrival, officers swiftly intervened and separated the parties involved.
However, one heavily intoxicated individual exhibited violent resistance and incited others. Due to the individual’s persistent unruly behaviour, which posed a threat to public safety, they were transported to the police station.
Thirty minutes earlier, in the southern region of the country, an intoxicated person drew attention by stumbling dangerously across a service station. This individual was also subsequently taken into custody.
In Mondorf-les-Bains, another person was required to spend the night in a cell.
At approximately 10.30pm, the police received a report of a wrong-way driver on the A6. When officers intercepted the driver, a breathalyser test revealed the presence of alcohol. The driver was fined as a result.
Similarly, in close proximity to the police station in Esch-sur-Alzette, an officer encountered a vehicle driving without its lights on. This driver, too, was found to be under the influence of alcohol, to the extent that their driving licence was confiscated.
