Police have issued an appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of Abdou Seck Diaw, a thirteen-year-old boy who has been missing since Tuesday morning in the north of Luxembourg. Abdou is described as being between 1.50 and 1.60 metres tall, of slim build, with short black hair.
