Police in Troisvierges were called to Rue des Prés during the night leading into Friday following an attempted burglary. According to investigators, the alleged perpetrator tried to break into a residence through a window but was caught in the act by the occupant. The suspect fled the scene but was quickly located by a police patrol. He was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor and brought before an examining magistrate.
Early on Saturday morning, officers responded to a robbery in a car park in the Rives de Clausen area. Initial reports indicate that the victim was attacked with pepper spray, with the suspect stealing their mobile phone and cash. Police encountered the alleged perpetrator shortly thereafter, pursued and apprehended him. He was also arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor and brought before an examining magistrate.
