The agenda for the Chamber of Deputies revolved around judicial projects around the coronavirus, notably a possible extension of business aids up to 30 June 2021.

Up until then, accommodation rent should also remain frozen on the private market. Déi Lénk will submit a motion to freeze rents until the end of 2021.

Various legal adaptations have already been extended and will remain in place at least until 15 September.

In addition, weddings outside municipalities should be permitted if the hall there is too small to maintain social distancing.

Lastly, a motion by Martine Hansen for a ban on alcohol in public places until 15 January was accepted with 52 votes in favour.
