This was the subject of a parliamentary question by CSV MP Georges Mischo to the Green Minister for Infrastructure François Bausch and DP Minister for Education Claude Meisch.
Talks about the project date back ten years. The initial phase expected them to be completed 8 years ago, when works haven't even started! The project was repeatedly revised and new studies done.
The two ministers confirm the need for these facilities, intended among other things for training future teaching personnel at Uni.lu. The draft proposal is now expected to be ready early next year, and the construction completed by 2026, so 13 years later than initially planned.
