It has been snowing again in Luxembourg since Wednesday. According to Meteolux' forecast, snow can stay on the ground above 400 metres. This winter precipitation obviously makes the roads slippery, so drivers are advised to be particularly cautious.
Snow is then expected to fall more heavily during the night of Wednesday to Thursday and form a thin layer in the north of the country. These snowfalls are expected to last until around mid-day on Friday.
Temperatures will vary between -2°C and 0°C degrees on Wednesday and may drop down to -4°C on Friday. It will remain very cool over the weekend, with temperatures as low as -5°C, but Meteolux is not expecting any snowfall.
