While all three of them were inside the cabin, the victim was threatened and ordered to hand over his valuables to the two culprits. It was only when the two thieves pulled out a knife that the victim finally complied. On arrival at Kirchberg, the two thieves also forced the teenager to share some of his personal data with them.

The two individuals, against whom a complaint was lodged, then fled towards Limpertsberg. The first suspect, who spoke Luxembourgish, had a dark complexion, and was missing a tooth. He was dressed in black sweatpants, a black, furless Canada Goose jacket, and black and grey Nike Air Max trainers. The second young person, also dark-skinned, rather thin, about 1.85-1.90 m tall, was wearing a black jacket as well as a bonnet, black sweatpants, and a black mask.
