Last week, the prosecution demanded 6 months in prison, a monetary fine of €1,500, and a 37-month-long driving ban for a man accused of reckless driving.

The case came about after the 32-year-old was caught drifting near a petrol station in Rodange. He was drunk at the time with a blood alcohol level of 1.9 Promille. He was also not in possession of a license and already serving a driving ban, all while having his son next to him, but not in a child's seat.
