We’re expecting the mercury to hit as high as 35°C this weekend, as warm air travels up from North Africa.
There’ll be scant relief from the very hot sun, with some cloud cover throughout the day. However, it’ll still be sweltering in the shade.
To top it all off, there’s a chance of thunderstorms too, which could bring heavy rain, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
Temperatures start off at a mild 16-19°C in the morning, rising to highs of around 31-33°C in the afternoon, and staying as hot as 28-30°C as we head into the evening.
