The sky is expected to be overcast all day long. Be prepared for some freezing fog in the morning across various areas. You may also notice freezing fog making a comeback in certain spots later in the evening. No major precipitation is expected throughout the day.

Morning temperatures across the country range from -4°C to -1°C, inching up slightly in the afternoon to -2°C to 1°C. Evening lows remain below freezing, at -3°C in the north and -2°C in the south.
