Firefighters from multiple brigades battled a blaze that engulfed the roof of a single-family home in Beaufort on Monday evening, with no injuries reported as residents sought refuge with neighbours.
The roof of a single-family home in Beaufort caught fire at around 8pm on Monday, with flames quickly spreading and burning through the isolation layer.
Local firefighters were supported in their efforts by the brigades from Echternach, Consdorf, and Waldbillig.
Nobody was injured and the inhabitants of the burning house found shelter at their neighbours’ home.
