Two individuals were hospitalised, one with serious injuries, following a two-car accident on the N12 Tuesday morning, according to police and rescue services.

A serious two-vehicle collision occurred on the N12 near Dondelange on Tuesday morning at around 9am, resulting in two hospitalisations.

Police confirmed that one individual sustained serious injuries, while a second was transported for a precautionary medical check-up. The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), which dispatched emergency teams from Kehlen, Mamer, Luxembourg City, and Mersch, corroborated these details in its official bulletin.

The CGDIS also reported a series of other, unrelated incidents across the country.

In the vicinity of Hautscharage and Hivange, a driver lost control of their vehicle, which subsequently veered off the road into a field. Paramedics from Pétange, Käerjeng, and Mamer responded to the scene.

A collision involving two cars took place on the A7 motorway towards Luxembourg City near Waldhof. Rescue teams from Junglinster and Niederanven attended to two individuals who were injured.

In Luxembourg City, one person was injured following a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Rue de Beggen.

A separate incident in Rumelange involved a vehicle fire. No injuries were reported, and the incident resulted only in material damage.
