The reported car accident occurred on the Route de Luxembourg in Dippach shortly after 11.30pm on Monday. Rescue teams from the Dippach and Mamer emergency centres were deployed to treat the injured person.
A fire was also reported in Rue de Bastogne in Beggen. A garden shed caught fire, but no one was injured. Fire crews from Luxembourg City attended the scene and brought the blaze under control.
