Police are seeking witnesses to the incident, which occurred at around 1pm on Sunday afternoon at the crossroads between Rue de Mersch and Rue de Mamer in Kopstal. The victim was riding a grey BMW motorbike, and a red Ford Fiesta was also implicated in the crash.
