Police are investigating after two people falsely presented themselves as parking staff in the Laduno car park in Ingeldorf on Saturday, during the annual agricultural fair. The suspects asked drivers who wanted to park there to pay parking fees, despite having no official authorisation to do so.

In response, the police are calling for any motorists who were victims of this scam to come forward. Those affected are asked to contact the Diekirch/Vianden police station by telephone at (+352) 244 80 1000, or by email at police.diekirchvianden@police.etat.lu.

The Laduno car park is a free facility, intended to be used as a Park & Ride for visitors travelling by shuttle bus to the Ettelbruck agricultural fair.
