In almost a quarter of these cases, no concrete evidence of the reported disturbances could be found at the scene.

In the remaining incidents, the disturbances primarily involved noisy neighbours, excessively loud music originating from residential properties, or individuals causing disturbances on public roads or near residential areas.

Fortunately, all individuals involved in these incidents were understanding and the matters were settled without any complications.

During an inspection of a bar in Dudelange for potential public order offenses, the establishment failed to produce a valid premises licence. As a result, an official report was prepared and submitted to the public prosecutor’s office.

Tuning in Contern

Late on Friday evening, several residents contacted the police to report excessive vehicle noise and dangerous manoeuvres taking place in Contern. Upon arriving at the scene, the police discovered the presence of a large gathering of vehicles and spectators on Rue Daniel Grün, prompting them to conduct a traffic check.

Two drivers were issued warnings for registration irregularities.

While the officers were present, no dangerous manoeuvres were observed, and the police presence led to a rapid dispersal of many drivers and onlookers from the location.
