In Sandweiler, burglars gained access to a residence on “Am Haaptgaart” late on Wednesday afternoon, taking a number of valuables before fleeing the scene. Police dispatched a team to examine the house as part of the investigation.
In the early hours of Thursday morning, another break-in was reported at a café on Rue Dicks-Lentz, Oberkorn. The perpetrators are said to have gained access to the premises, but initial reports suggested nothing had been stolen.
