In its latest bulletin, police reported several incidents, including burglaries, disputes, and a case of domestic violence.

On Tuesday night, officers responded to multiple calls related to disputes and noise complaints. Among these was a domestic violence incident in Echternach, following which the public prosecutor’s office evicted one of the involved parties from the premises.

At around 11.30pm, police were called to a bar on Rue des Capucins in Luxembourg City, where a person was causing a disturbance and harassing other patrons. The individual also behaved aggressively toward the responding officers.

Due to the individual’s state of intoxication, authorities decided to detain the person overnight after a medical check-up.

Shortly afterward, police in Differdange intervened after a man exposed himself to a woman in Parc de la Chiers. Thanks to a detailed description provided by the woman, officers were able to locate the suspect quickly. The man was fined.

Shortly before 5am on Wednesday, Luxembourg City police received reports of a brawl in the Gare neighbourhood.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found a heavily intoxicated individual. Following a medical check-up, the person was also placed in custody overnight.

The police further reported two burglaries, one in Esch-sur-Alzette and another in Mondorf-les-Bains. In both cases, business premises were targeted. Investigations remain ongoing.
