
On Thursday, the police released photos of four men wanted in connection with a theft that occurred in Luxembourg City at the end of July.
Shortly before midnight on 27 July 2024, a mobile phone and a wallet were stolen during a mugging on Rue Sainte-Zithe. During the incident, the victim was injured, and the four suspects fled the scene. In response, the police are appealing for witnesses to help identify the individuals involved.
According to the police, the stolen bank cards were subsequently used for purchases at a fast-food restaurant in the Gare neighbourhood and later at a service station on Route d’Esch in Hollerich.
