According to police, the incident occurred in a forest near Remich between 3pm and 5pm on Monday 23 October 2025, when two dogs reportedly got into a fight. One of the dogs, described as a Rottweiler or similar breed, is said to have injured a Staffordshire Terrier by biting its ear.
To determine how the incident occurred, police are now looking for the owner of the first dog. They are asking the dog’s owner, or anyone with any relevant information, to contact them via phone at 244 30 1000 or by email at .
