The authorities particularly focused on lorries that violated the overtaking ban and failed to maintain safe distance with vehicles in front of them.
A total of 56 fines were administered as a result of the inspection, with 25 of them being issued for non-compliance with the prohibition on overtaking. In addition, penalties were imposed for speeding, mobile phone usage while driving, and failure to secure loads properly.
