An operation took place along the railway tracks between Fentange and Berchem on Tuesday afternoon, a police spokesperson confirmed.
At around 6.30pm, a person was reported to be walking along the tracks. A police patrol was dispatched to the scene and located the individual. The person was then escorted away by police, ensuring they were no longer in danger.
