
On Thursday evening, a police patrol noticed a car driving with its warning lights on. The officers stopped the vehicle and their suspicion was soon confirmed – the driver was drunk. A breathalyser test was conducted, and the driver was dealt a temporary driving ban.
In the night leading up to Friday, another inebriated driver attracted attention. He was driving along Boulevard Royal in the city centre. His license was seized temporarily.
Near Bertrange the authorities found a car in a ditch, the driver lay there sleeping. His breathalyser test came back positive resulting in a confiscation of his driver’s license.
