On Tuesday, police arrested three suspects in relation to a mugging that happened on Boulevard Franklin D. Roosevelt in the capital.

The victims alerted the authorities around 5pm that they had been mugged by a group of several individuals who stole their valuables.

Police were able to locate and identify three suspects soon after and retrieve the stolen items. By order of the prosecutor’s office, two minors among the suspects were brought to the socio-educational centres in Bourglinster and Schrassig. The third suspect was presented to an examining magistrate and brought to the Uerschterhaff Correctional Centre (CPU) near Sanem.
