The heist took place around 5pm that day by one armed man. The criminal then fled in the direction of the station.
The suspect was tall, wore dark clothing and a blue pullover. He was between 50-60 years old, had a short, grey beard and short, grey hair.
Police are asking witnesses to contact police via 113, send an email to spj.rgb@police.etat.lu or call 244-601110.
Officers are particularly interested in the witness who told the victim in which direction the suspect had fled.
