The incident occurred at around 8.20pm in the Gare neighbourhood, where a passenger reported a mobile phone stolen from inside a bag. Officers located two suspects who were found in possession of the phone, which was subsequently returned to its owner.

In a separate incident on Sunday evening, a pedestrian on Grand-Rue in Wasserbillig was the target of an attempted mugging. Two individuals approached the victim, asked for the time, and then attempted to snatch the watch from their wrist.
