
Fuel prices are once again set to rise in Luxembourg starting tonight.
From midnight on Wednesday, the price of petrol will increase at all petrol stations across the country, the Ministry of the Economy has announced.
The price per litre of SP95 will rise to €1.798 (+3.9 cents), while SP98 will reach €1.888 (+3.4 cents). There will be no change to the price of diesel, which remains the most expensive fuel at €1.912 per litre – close to the symbolic €2 mark.
Global oil markets are currently under pressure and approaching record highs, with the price of a barrel nearing $120.
