On Friday morning, RTL received reports of a major police operation at the main building of the University of Luxembourg. The fire service was also reportedly on the scene.
Upon enquiry, police confirmed the operation to RTL and explained that a person had been reported climbing a facade on the university campus. However, no such individual could be located.
Police officers remained at the scene for some time to monitor the situation.
