Shortly before 9pm on Monday, a person in a wheelchair was attacked and mugged at Place de la Gare in Luxembourg City. The victim was first pushed out off the chair before having all their money stolen. Over the course of the evening, police were able to identify a suspect.
In Differdange, a man was assaulted and mugged by a group of people around 6pm. The police were also able to identify suspects in this case soon after.
In Mondorf-les-Bains, police stopped a motorist who tried passing a queue of cars. Officers found that the driver was under the influence of drugs, which a test confirmed, and they further confiscated two joints.
