An exception to this was an incident that occurred at a bar located on Rue de Bastogne in Ettelbruck, where a heavily intoxicated individual exhibited aggressive behaviour and refused to vacate the premises upon request.
After the police arrived at the scene and told them to go home, the individual appeared to comply at first. However, shortly afterwards, they returned to the bar and once again started to harass the patrons and staff.
Ultimately, the police decided to take them into custody for the evening.
