280 employees affectedOGBL and H&M sign new collective contract

The Independent Luxembourg Trade Union Confederation (OGBL) announced on Monday that a new collective contract with retailer H&M has been signed.

The contract will affect 280 employees working for the retailer in Luxembourg.

Among the improved working conditions are the right to disconnect, additional holidays, and a leaving bonus. The new collective contract, which will also apply to employees from Arket and Weekday, will run until 2025.

H&M, which is short for Hennes & Mauritz, is a Swedish retailer operating around the globe. The company counts more than 107,000 employees worldwide.
