In a press release, the OGBL announces that 152 employees across eleven branches of the retailer will be affected by the agreement. The collective contract will be valid for a duration of 36 months, lasting from 1 July 2022 to 31 June 2025.
The agreement retains several improvements, including increases in salary, which will now also take seniority into consideration. Holiday procedures will be revised and the number of days increased. Employees who have worked at Action Luxembourg for 25 years will now be eligible for a maximum of 32 days off per year.
