"Enough is enough!": The OGBL's message prior to the administrative board meeting on Thursday is clear. In a statement, the trade union stressed that there had been enough talks, and it was now time to make a decision.
The foundation's management has been repeatedly accused of mistreating employees with the accusations being officially submitted to the foundation's administrative board at the beginning of July.
The latter subsequently ordered an external audit, which, according to the OGBL, has been concluded at the beginning of November. The trade union criticised that it still had not received a report, even upon request. The OBGL sees this as confirmation of the fact that the foundation is playing for time.
Over 90% of the employees who participated in the audit also submitted their feedback to the personnel delegation of Ateliers Kirchberg. Based on this feedback, the trade union stated that even without a report, it seemed clear that the audit confirmed the appalling working conditions which had been an issue at Fondation Kräizbierg for months.
The OGBL demands that the results of the audit should be communicated transparently prior to the meeting of the administrative board on Thursday. The time was ripe for changes and a new beginning at Fondation Kräizbierg.
