The agreement, which was signed between the Luxembourg Confederation of Christian Trade Unions (LCGB) and the management of the service stations (Motorway SA), will apply until 2024.
The new agreement provides for an exceptional bonus corresponding to a 13th month, as well as an availability bonus equivalent to a quarter of the salary for the assistants of service station managers.
The collective agreement covers some 460 employees, who currently work for Total.
