
The change will allow users to schedule a trip as late as two hours before departure. Up until now, it was mandatory to schedule a trip at least one day in advance.
In addition, a new Adapto app will be launched on 1 September, which will enable users to access a variety of functions via their mobile phones, e.g. scheduling a trip in advance or contacting the driver of a booked vehicle. Users will receive the number plate of the car as well as a text message informing them of the departure and arrival of the vehicle. In a few weeks, it will also be possible to make use of the new same-day reservation feature via the app.
