As the long-running roadworks remain ongoing, the National Roads Administration has now announced that the N5 between Käerjeng and Schouweiler, at the level of the Bommelscheier industrial zone, will be closed in both directions from 9am on 4 September until around 10pm on 6 September.

Officials also point out that Rue Bommel, which leads into the industrial zone, will close earlier. The diversion runs from Bascharage via the CR110 and CR111, in other words to Hautcharage, then via the CR101 to Hivange and from there via the CR106 and the N13 to the roundabout in Dippach. Drivers coming from the other direction, from Dippach, take the same route in reverse.
