Sources at the scene said the driver had lost control of the lorry for unspecified reasons at around 3.20pm, resulting in the vehicle coming off the road and tipping over into a ditch. The driver was fortunate to escape the accident without injury, however, the road was closed following the crash in order to clear it. Some of the truck’s cargo ended up in the field.
Emergency teams from Beckerich and Redange-sur-Attert were dispatched to the scene.
