On Tuesday, at around 3.30pm, a break-in was reported at a detached house on Rue Haupeschhaff in Roodt-sur-Syre. The perpetrators gained entry to the property through a window at the rear of the house and a broken garage door.

Later that same afternoon, a car parked on Rue de Bouillon in Hollerich was broken into. A bag containing food items was stolen from the vehicle.

In Grund, an attempted burglary on Rue de Prague was interrupted late Tuesday evening when a resident surprised the intruder, prompting the would-be thief to flee the scene. After a swift search operation, police located and identified a suspect in connection with the incident.

The following morning, officers responded to a report of criminal damage on Boulevard Pierre Eyschen in Limpertsberg, where the window of a car had been smashed. A charging cable for electronic devices was stolen from the vehicle.

Police have launched investigations into all incidents.
