
The first accident happened shortly before 7am on the CR101 between Kopstal and Schoenfels, involving a single car. One person was injured, and emergency responders from the Kopstal fire department and the Mamer ambulance service attended the scene.
About 40 minutes later, at around 7.40am, two cars collided on the A13 in the direction of Pétange. The CGDIS reported two injuries. Firefighters from Frisange and Aspelt, along with two ambulances from Dudelange, were deployed to assist.
In the afternoon, shortly after 2pm, another accident occurred on the A13 between Kayl and Dudelange, heading towards Schengen. A truck and a car were involved, but according to police, no injuries were reported. However, the crash led to a two-kilometre traffic jam as both the right lane and the breakdown lane were blocked.
