The intense heat will be accompanied by wall-to-wall sunshine, little wind, and virtually no chance of rain. If you're heading outdoors, make sure to apply sunscreen, drink plenty of water, and take regular breaks in the shade. Strenuous activities are best kept to the cooler morning or evening hours.
