The Foyer insurance group is entering a new era: after 21 years with the group, eleven of which as chief executive officer, Marc Lauer has become chairman of the board of directors, as announced by the group at its annual general meeting on Tuesday. He succeeds Eric Kleynen, chairman since 2023, who was thanked for his commitment by the board.
Following the transition that began in early 2024, Marie-Hélène Massard will take over as managing director and CEO. Her mission is to “pursue the development of Foyer with ambition and responsibility, in an environment undergoing profound change”.
Shareholders, meanwhile, approved the 2024 financial statements of Foyer S.A, with sales amounting to €3.49 billion, according to a press release issued on Tuesday. Consolidated profit after tax amounted to €155.4 million, in line with the previous year.
