Former journalist and communications expert Marc Glesener has been appointed as the new president of the Independent Luxembourg Broadcasting Authority (ALIA), succeeding Thierry Hoscheit, who has led the organisation since its establishment in 2014.
The appointment was made by Elisabeth Margue, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister for Media and Connectivity, following a recommendation from ALIA’s administrative board. Additionally, Romain Schroeder, coordinator at the Centre for Political Education, has joined the ALIA Board.
