Police were informed of a workplace accident on Route de Luxembourg in Lamadelaine at around 2.15pm on Thursday.
According to initial reports, there was an explosion in a workshop, leaving a worker with serious burns. The man had to be taken to hospital.
The Inspectorate of Labour and Mines attended the scene and, on the orders of the public prosecutor's office, a report was drawn up.
