From next year, the new collective agreement will apply to the 360 employees and will supply a new salary scale with better progression, as well as integrating the risk premiums per days worked.
Negotiations for this collective agreement were delayed as a result of the pandemic, but were able to restart in late 2023. The OGBL and LCGB trade unions and Luxairport management confirmed the new agreement earlier this week.
