Deloitte, Losch, Cargolux, Fischer, and Auchan are among the companies most frequently consulted by job seekers on the Moovijob recruitment platform.
However, the top of the 2024 rankings holds no surprises: Luxair has retained its position as the most sought-after employer for the second consecutive year, further solidifying its lead.
According to a press release issued by Moovijob on Thursday, Luxair’s popularity is unmatched, with “more than 20,000 visits separating it from second place”. The national airline’s strong reputation is partly attributed to the diversity of roles it offers, making it a top choice for candidates.
In second place is the Luxembourg National Railway Company (CFL), which has seen a significant rise in popularity. After becoming the country’s largest employer in 2024, CFL has been actively recruiting, propelling it from 8th to 2nd place in the rankings.
Auchan Retail Luxembourg narrowly secured third place, finishing just 300 visits ahead of the International Bank in Luxembourg (BIL), which came in fourth. The University of Luxembourg rounded out the top five.
The Top 20 list also features prominent names such as Post Luxembourg (7th), Deloitte Luxembourg (8th), Losch Luxembourg (11th), Delhaize (13th), Cargolux Airlines International (14th), and Concept + Partners (16th). Below is the full ranking of the most popular employers on Moovijob in 2024:
