The file known as "Ju-cha" appears on the list, revealed by the case of the secret police and justice databases. Several other data banks are already known, such as the GO-AML, which allows financial institutions and industry professionals to report suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit.
This list, however, also includes a number of databases which were not known to the general public until now. Examples include fingerprints, detainee files, the State Socio-Educational Centre in Dreiborn, confiscated cars, reports, and oaths.
Unlike the police files, the issue of justice files and their compliance with the new rules on data protection has been relatively less thorough.
